Nadav Goshen is a veteran internet and technology executive,A with over 15 years of high level management experience in telecom and hi-tech companies including ICQ, Empire Online, Pelephone and Babylon. Nadav's experience and knowledge comprise a unique mixture of profound consumer understanding, marketing with massive budgets and deep technological comprehension. This unique blend enables him to drift easily between business, marketing and technology in order to successfully manage companies in the tumbling water of the Internet. Before he joined SweetPacks, Nadav served as Deputy CEO for Babylon (TSE:BABYL), and led VAS (apps, content and services) for Pelephone, the 3rd largest mobile operator in Israel. Prior to that, Nadav was the Marketing Executive at Empire Online, which went public in the London Stock Exchange for $1B. Nadav is a passive investor in a few technology, Internet and mobile startups, and currently serves as an advisor, board and chairman for some.
Nadav studied for a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Television at Tel Aviv University. He likes to swim, bike and build electronic embedded music gadgets.
Moishi has over 12 years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry (mostly start-up), holding leading positions in R&D and Technology Management. He brings in a wide experience and deep understanding in technical and architectural aspects in Web Applications, e-Commerce and Content Management. Moishi Specialties in managing and leading the day to day process in the R&D group, Technology Research, System Architecture and Partner Relations. Prior to SweetIM Moishi was VP R&D at myThings (retargeting) and at infra-ad (behavioral targeting), Earlier he was a team leader at fixya, Oberon media and Partner (Orange). Moishi has a BS in Computer Science.
Ofer Kirshenbaum joined SweetPacks as an IT manager in 2008, and became the company's VP Operations in March 2011. He is in charge of the IT, BI, Studio and Web departments. Before joining SweetPacks, Ofer worked in major technology companies as a leader of software infrastructure teams. Ofer holds a BA from The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel.
As VP Business Development, Talia oversees all revenue sources for SweetPacks, establishing partnerships and exploring new products and opportunities that are instrumental to business growth. Prior to joining SweetPacks, Talia led sales and business development at Payoneer, a company specializing in global online payments. As part of the senior management team determining the company's strategy and developing its business from the ground up, she formed key partnerships and opened new markets of operation. Talia holds a B.A in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.A. from Yale University.
With 12 years of experience in online marketing at leading companies such as 888 and MatomyMedia and a strong SEM background, Aviram leads the company's online marketing department. Aviram holds BA and MA in Economics with honors from the Hebrew University.
Igal is VP of Product Management at SweetPacks, and leads the Company's Product strategy. Igal brings to SweetPacks his extensive Internet software development skills, as well as a great understanding of product and project management, which he acquired while working for some of the most innovative software companies in Israel. Igal is an amateur photographer.
